Common questions
What does it cost?
Nothing during the beta. Coaches and college staff will always use it free. If paid family plans launch after the beta, families will choose whether to subscribe before being charged anything.
Does this replace Hudl?
No. Keep your film where it lives and paste the links into Prospect Transcript. We tie each clip to the game and stat it supports.
How does a coach get confirmed?
Coaches sign up with their school or club name, and our team checks that they hold the job before their signatures count. A coach can only verify players whose school or club team matches theirs.
Who can see my record?
Only you, linked parents and your confirmed coaches, until you turn on college search. Then signed-in coach and college accounts can see your athletic and academic record; contact details stay limited to confirmed accounts.
Do you guarantee offers or scholarships?
No. Prospect Transcript organizes and verifies your record so programs can evaluate you with confidence. Families and coaches are responsible for following NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA and state association rules.
